Pain relief can occur quickly, though clients should be aware a few days after the injection, pain can be temporarily worse before improving.

Skin prep may need to be applied to remove grease and oils from skin, this may cause some minor skin irritation, this may also removal topical skin applications, such as tanning products.
In clients with excess body hair, we advise trimming body hair short prior to procedure on the chest, otherwise small areas may need to be shaved to allow for electrodes to be attached to the skin.
